Troy Perkins

After earning a dual major in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University, Troy Perkins became one of the youngest real estate brokers in Texas.

Born and raised in Irving, this native Las Colinas Broker has unparalleled knowledge of the market. In the 90’s he started what became the largest exclusive buyer’s agency in the state and began consulting with some of the largest multi-family companies in the country. As a UNT guest lecturer, he was sought out by the Northlake College Dean of real estate and is still an adjunct Professor of real estate for Northlake College. After selling his statewide brokerage with over 100 agents Troy assembled a team of only the very best agents and brokers whose focus is Las Colinas.

Queenee Syre

As a former hotelier Queenee Syre has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and worked in many prestigious hotels and independent restaurants both in The Philippines and Hong Kong. She is also a graduate of Champions School of Real Estate in Dallas, Texas.

Relocating from Asia to Texas in 2000 made her pursue her Real Estate career. Her previous professional experience in customer service prepared her well in the Real Estate world. She focuses on getting families in the right house in the right neighborhood. Quality of service and honoring commitments is very important to her. Tom Weglarz

Hailing from Long Island, New York, Tom Weglarz moved to Texas in 2015 to pursue a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree from the University of Dallas in Economics and Finance. While working in New York City for a large tech firm, he became acclimated to a fast-paced environment where resourcefulness and skill in both sales and client relationships were a must. After completing his degree in economic markets and financial planning, he gained the knowledge necessary to advise clients in any market or financial position. As a licensed real estate agent, Tom Weglarz embodies the perfect balance between professional client service, and developed market awareness.

Tom currently resides in Las Colinas, and enjoys providing service to both individuals and investors, especially in the areas of Las Colinas, University Park, Highland Park and Central Dallas.
