We know these neighborhoods the way a sommelier knows a cellar. Not from studying a database. From living here. From watching foundations get poured. From knowing which lot catches morning light and which one floods after a hard rain in April. From selling the same street three times over three decades.

Las Colinas Realty Associates does not operate like a volume brokerage. We are not interested in appearing on billboards or collecting yard signs across six zip codes. Our radius is deliberate. Our focus is narrow because narrow is where depth lives.

Troy Perkins started in this market when most of these neighborhoods were still dirt and blueprints. He built and sold the largest exclusive buyer's agency in Texas. He teaches real estate at the collegiate level — not because he needed a side project, but because the discipline matters to him. When he reassembled a team, he kept it small on purpose.
