Troy Perkins
Broker & Managing Partner
Troy Perkins earned dual degrees in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University and became one of the youngest licensed brokers in Texas. Born and raised in Irving, he has operated in the Las Colinas market since the mid-1990s — witnessing every development phase, builder cycle, and market shift firsthand. In the '90s, Troy built what became the largest exclusive buyer's agency in Texas, scaling to over 100 agents statewide. He then consulted with some of the largest multi-family companies in the country and was sought out by the Northlake College Dean of Real Estate, where he remains an adjunct professor. After selling his statewide brokerage, Troy reassembled a small, focused firm of the area's top professionals — seven people, six neighborhoods, total command of the Nelson corridor.

With degrees in Biology and Communications from the University of North Texas, she navigates market data with analytical precision and communicates with clarity. Ashley operates on a foundation of discretion and loyalty — client privacy and objectives are never compromised. Her strength lies in identifying opportunities before the broader market recognizes them and executing with the kind of focus that consistently protects her clients' positions.
Mark Slattery

Tom Weglarz holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Dallas in Economics and Finance. His background includes client-facing roles at a major New York City technology firm, where he developed the resourcefulness and relationship skills that define his real estate practice. Tom brings financial planning knowledge to every transaction, advising clients with a market-awareness perspective grounded in economic fundamentals. A Las Colinas resident, he serves both individuals and investors across Las Colinas, University Park, Highland Park, and Central Dallas.
Michelle Fortuno

Michelle Fortuno leads all marketing for the firm. She directs every photo shoot and listing video, manages the brand and every social media channel, and serves as the on-camera presence you see in property walkthroughs. From first concept to final delivery, the firm's visual standard is hers.
